What this covers
This notice explains how VEYL handles information collected through this website: the Opportunity Check request form, the founder-notes email list and the client portal sign-in.
What we collect
- Opportunity Check requests: your name, role, clinic name and website, work email, optional phone number, booking system, approximate inquiry volume, any note you add, and the consent you gave.
- Email list: your email address and the time and wording of the consent you gave.
- Basic security records: a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of a submission, used to prevent abuse.
- We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts on this website.
What we don't collect
This website never asks for patient or health information. Please don't include any in a form or message.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange the Opportunity Check.
- To send founder notes if you asked for them.
- To keep records of consent and unsubscribe requests.
- To protect the site from spam and misuse.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example email or hosting providers) under contracts that limit their use of it, or where the law requires.
Retention
Opportunity Check requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a limited period afterwards. Unsubscribe records are kept so that we never email you again.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in every email or on the email preferences page, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
Client portal
Client portal accounts are created only for clinics that sign an agreement with VEYL. Any processing of patient information for a client happens only under that agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
