No reply, or a late one
New inquiries that wait hours or days for a first response.
Inquiry recovery for med spas
VEYL finds the new inquiries your team hasn't answered, runs follow-up your staff approves inside the tools you already use, and measures every step — booked, attended, collected — against your own starting numbers.
The walkthrough
A short walkthrough of where booking opportunities disappear—and how VEYL helps independent med spas identify and recover them.

Inquiries arrive by form, phone, text and direct message — usually while the front desk is with patients. Some never get a reply. Some get one reply and no second. And because the booking system shows appointments, not the conversations that never became one, nobody sees the gap.
Buying more leads doesn't fix that. Working the ones you already have — and measuring what happens to them — does.
New inquiries that wait hours or days for a first response.
People who replied once, then fell out of the conversation.
Bookings, attendance and collections are rarely reconciled back to the original inquiry.
The VEYL method
Find the gap with your own numbers.
Prove it works in your systems before anything goes live.
We run it. Your team stays in control.
Inquiry → booked → attended → collected.
What's different
Plenty of tools can send a text. VEYL is a managed service: we run the follow-up, we stop it the moment a person replies or books, and we report what actually reached your bank account.
Not an ad agency, not another inbox, and not a missed-call text-back tool.
What we measure
Every report follows the same chain, using definitions you sign off on. We compare against your own baseline and label the comparison honestly — before and after, not guaranteed cause and effect.
A new person asks about treatment — form, call, text or message.

How we work together
No obligation.
Credited once toward your first pilot invoice.
Offered only where the diagnostic finds a credible, measurable gap. Final scope and terms are set in a signed agreement.
Questions
No. The Opportunity Check uses aggregate business numbers only — for example roughly how many new inquiries you receive each month and how many become bookings. We don't access your systems and we don't collect patient information.
We start with Boulevard and assess others during the diagnostic. We only commit to a workflow after we've verified what your system and your account tier actually support — we don't claim integrations we haven't tested.
Only with templates your team approves, through channels agreed in writing, after consent and legal requirements are confirmed. Follow-up is capped and stops immediately on a reply, a booking, an opt-out or a staff takeover.
No. Those tools answer the phone. VEYL is a managed service that works the inquiries already waiting for a reply and measures what happens to them through to payment.
We tell you, and you don't proceed. The diagnostic fee covers the baseline and feasibility work; if you go ahead with a pilot it is credited once toward your first pilot invoice.
We agree definitions up front, take a two-week baseline, then report inquiries, bookings, attended visits and collected revenue against it every week. We label it as a before/after comparison and don't overstate cause and effect.
Before any patient information is involved, the required agreements are put in place — including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable — and access is limited to what the workflow needs. This website never asks for patient information.
Thirty minutes. Aggregate numbers only. A straight answer on fit.
